Return Policy


We offer a 30-day return period, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Returns must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You must also present a receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a Return

If we approve your return, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to package and ship the item. If you return the item directly without first requesting a return, we will not be able to accept it.

Defective/Problem Items


If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the situation and take appropriate action.

Non-Returnable Exceptions
The following types of items cannot be returned:

Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Customized items (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

Personal care products (e.g., beauty products)

We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases. If you are unsure whether a particular item can be returned, please contact us.

Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges


The fastest way to get the item you want is to return it and then make a new purchase after your return is approved.

European Union (EU) 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above policy, if the item is being delivered to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order unconditionally within 14 days. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or used, with tags and original packaging, and you must present a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will contact you regarding whether or not we will approve your refund. If approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for bank and credit card processing.
