Care & Maintenance
Cleaning Guidelines
- Clear ashes only after the stove has completely cooled. Remove stains with diluted dish soap and a soft cloth. Do not use steel wool or harsh chemical solvents.
- Wear rubber gloves during cleaning to avoid scratches. Wipe dry thoroughly after cleaning to prevent rust.
Storage Rules
- Store in a dry, well-ventilated place. Keep away from damp locations. Remove light surface rust and dry fully before next use if rust appears.
- Fold the stove legs before packing into the storage bag. Avoid impact and collision.
Prohibited Operations
- Do not modify the stove (cutting, replacing with non-original parts, etc.). Do not attempt self-repair for malfunctions; contact our after-sales support instead.
Material Note
- Discoloration of stainless steel under high heat and minor carbon buildup on glass are normal phenomena and will not affect the stove’s function.
